Returns
Be sure to open your order immediately upon receipt to check for accuracy. Items may be returned in new condition with all original packaging according to the following guidelines:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request an RA# (returns will not be processed without a return authorization).
  • Items must be returned in new condition with all original packaging within 7 days of receiving the RA#. Returns will not be accepted for any reason after 21 days from buyers original date of receipt.
  • Returned items will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%. Items that are returned without the original packaging or appear to have been previously installed will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
  • Shipping/handling is not refundable.
  • Exchanges will incur additional shipping/handling charges. Inaccurate/damaged orders will not be charged additional shipping/handling.
  • Items lost in transit will be replaced after 30 days from original shipping date.
