In our auctions, we do accept PayPal only. Immediate Payment may be required.

Payments are due within 2 days of the end of auction date. If payment is not received, an unpaid item case will be opened. If not paid by the sixth day, the item will be relisted and we will report an unpaid item claim.Once this unpaid item claim has closed, we are no longer able to accept payment.

PayPal payments received by 12:00pm PST on business days will be shipped the same day. Payments received on weekends, holidays or after 12:00pm PST will ship the following business day.

To bid in our auctions, or purchase an item buy it now, we do require you to have a PayPal account.

We only ship to the lower 48 United States. We do not ship FedEx packages to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or Alaska.

We do not ship outside of the United States, or to freight forwarding companies.

We do not sell products to resellers.

Our items are shipped from multiple locations throughout the United States. The item purchased will be delivered in 1-5 business days after shipment. We are not able to guarantee combined shipping even if multiple items are paid with the same payment.

Please do not bid if you live in any of these locations or meet these restrictions as your payment will be refunded and the auction will be canceled.

We do not offer local pick-up.

Items above $250 do require a signature at delivery

All packages that are returned to us by FedEx as undeliverable are subject to an additional shipping charge to re-ship the item.

It is the Buyers responsibility to make sure the address they send with their payment is their current and correct address. We are not responsible for packages shipping to the incorrect address. The shipping feature we use automatically pulls the shipping address information into the system, so please double check that all of your information is correct before sending your payment.

After receiving the item we do accept returns for buyers remorse for up to 14 days.

It is the buyers responsibility to pay for shipping and return the item in the original condition they received it in.

We are not responsible for providing packaging material or any additional cost incurred by the customer for packaging material required for the return of the item.

If you would like to return an item due to functionality issues or damage from shipping, at our discretion we may require images of the issue to be sent through the eBay member to member communication system.

If the item is not returned in the original condition sent it is subject to being returned to the buyer or may not be eligible for a full refund.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for different items.

For functionality, this item comes with a 60-day warranty from our company. If you encounter a problem, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue so we can assist you. If we are unable to assist you through email, we will issue an RMA form and have you send the item back for a replacement. If a replacement is needed, you will receive the same model as the item you won. Our warranty expires 60 days from the date of delivery.

If an item can not be replaced due to lack of inventory then a refund will be issued in place of an exchange.

If you would like to return an item due to functionality issues or damage from shipping, at our discretion we may require images of the issue to be sent through the eBay member to member communication system.

We encourage our buyers to purchase the SquareTrade warranty for coverage of 1 year from the purchase date. This warranty begins coverage after our 60 day warranty expires.

Turn around time once the non-working item is received, is 1-3 business days, depending on the extent of testing required. We do require the unit to be sent back before a replacement can be sent.
