Description

This LED TV is in great condition. There will be some minor scratches on the frame due to normal handling and wear.

This TV is discounted because:

- It is missing the stand. The TV can be wall-mounted or stand can be purchased seperately.

- Coaxial antenna port does not work

- 4" scratch on bottom center of the LED. (As pictured)

- Top right corner of the frame is loose.

Warranty

• 30 Day Warranty from the day customer receives the item.
• If item is damaged during shipping, contact us immediately so we can file claim with UPS. We will at that point send a replacement upon receipt of the damaged unit. 
• If item is defective, we will exchange FREE of cost. Please contact us and we can send a pre-paid shipping label. We are not responsible for shipping costs if item is taken out of the continental U.S.
• Physically damaged, tampered, abused items will NOT be accepted.
• Message us through eBay Messenging System with detailed explanation so we can offer exchange or troubleshooting tips.
• Customer representatives will be able to assist 8am-4pm PST Mon-Fri via phone 1-877-349-9269 or messages will be answered within 24 hours 7 days a week.
• Extended warranty is offered through SqaureTrade, please click on the banner below to purchase the extended warranrty. (Usually about 12-14% of purchase price)

Payments

• PayPal is the ONLY payment method accepted.
• If payment is not received, we have all rights to file unpaid item disputes and charge fees.
• Payment is due immediately if Buy It Now option is chosen, regular winning bidders are required to pay within 4 days before an unpaid item dispute is opened. Once opened, please respond to us through the resolution center as quickly as possible.
• Tax: 8.75% charged to CA shipments; 7% charged to IN shipments. Tax is charged because we have warehouses in both states.

Shipping

• After payment is received & cleared with paypal. We will ship out your item within 24 hours. Small amount of orders will require 48 hours depending on volume of incoming orders.
• Orders placed on Friday will be shipped Monday. We will contact customer with any delays or complications.
• We ONLY ship to the lower 48 states. There is a substantial surcharge for any items going UPS shipped to HI, AK, PR, and other territories. Please contact us for details.
• Our shipping system is automated. We will ship to the address confirmed on paypal. Address change will require additional fees charged by UPS.
• UPS orders cannot be shipped to PO Box. Orders will be placed on hold until physical address is give.
• We do not combine shipping for TVs since they are packaged seperately. For smaller items, please message us for combined shipping.

Domestic Shipments:

Shipping cost is $39.99 flat (includes handling) and product will be shipped via UPS Ground from our warehouse within 24-48 hours. Shipping times vary: (1-6 business days) for UPS, (2-3 business days) for USPS Priority, and (3-5 business days) USPS First-Class mail depending on where you live.
