Also note that sometimes the actual color of items could and may vary in person than in the photos shown on the auction (lighter or darker), this can be due to a number of reasons such as: camera flash, how things appear on your computer screen and such, I describe the items as I see them.

  I am not an expert on the items I sell so if there are specifics about the item please be sure to ask before placing your bid. I honestly try to clearly and accurately describe all items I list.
   
  US Paypal is the ONLY method of payment accepted and is due within 3 days of purchase on the 4th day ebay's Unpaid Item Assistant automatically opens a case if payment has not been received.
   
  The buyer is responsible to pay s/h charges which are always upfront and displayed on the auction listing page.  I usually can offer up to three methods of shipping(first class, parcel post, priority) so you can decide how you would like your item shipped. If you would like your item shipped in a Priority Flat Rate box and that is not one of the methods shown please contact me ASAP so I can calculate your cost determined by the size of the box the items will fit in. To keep shipping cost low for plush toys, I use Poly Mailing Envelopes for items that qualify for First Class shipping. If you prefer to have your plush shipped in a box then parcel post or priority must be used. Please note that parcel post is slower and the rate is higher. Priority is faster and the rate is higher as well but I am happy to provide you with a quote for that shipping method if you desire just email me with your request.   
   
  If you would like to purchase multiple items from my store please note that I can ship multiple purchases together  as long as you wait for a combined invoice to be sent to you from me before making your payment. Most of the time I can save you some money on shipping depending on the items purchased. If you could send me a quick note to let me know that you will be buying more than one of my items I will wait until you are finished shopping to send you ONE invoice to pay from.
   
  After you make a purchase, ebay automatically sends you an invoice of your total amount due and I also send an invoice as well. After payment is made I prepare your item for shipping and deliver the package to my local post office.  Once that is completed I send you a courtesy note to let you know your item has been shipped. You can then track the delivery status of your package by logging in to your Ebay or Paypal account where you will find the tracking number link.
   
  My shipping turn around is pretty good, I want to get your packages out to you as quickly as possible. Quick payment allows me to do so. I try to ship on a daily basis (except weekends & holidays) if emergencies do arise, I will communicate with you right away.
   
  Please note that all merchandise I sell is sold "as is" with no returns. I do not issue refunds so please ask plenty of questions about the items before purchasing.
