This item is very old it has some nicks, small cracks and chips on the frame. The glass is in good condition. I'm not sure what war uniforms these are. Needs some cleaning, I didn't take the back off because I didn't want to jeopardize the frame or the picture. The frame measures approx 24" wide and approx. 17" high. The frame is made of tiger wood. This item is sold as is.
