This auction is for a vintage NHL Hartford Whalers hockey jacket made by Starter. This satin jacket is kelly green with navy and white trim and is lined. It is size XL. The Hartford Whalers relocated and became the Carolina Hurricanes in the 1980s. I received this jacket as a gift but was not a hockey fan and I rarely wore it. It has been in a cedar chest for many years. The jacket is in excellent condition with no tears, rips, stains, etc. The snaps are in excellent working condition. I am having the jacket professionally dry cleaned prior to shipping to the buyer. This is a rare item since the franchise has relocated and changed its name. A great gift for any NHL hockey fan.
