PayPal payment due within three days of auction end date. If multiple items are won, please wait until invoice has been sent before paying for your item. In this way, we can make changes to the invoice to incorporate combined shipping. This also allows us to catch any errors in the shipping rate before your invoice is sent.
The shipping calculator will inform you of the shipping cost. We charge you what USPS charges us along with a tiny amount to help cover packing materials (bubble wrap, tape, packing peanuts etc)
Shipping many different sized packages weekly, we sometimes find we do make an occasional error in calculating shipping charges. This happens more often with UPS or Fed Ex shipments. We catch these right after the mailing label has been generated. If this occurs, you will be immediately reimbursed and a PayPal refund sent to you.
We ship most packages the same day payment is received using USPS Priority Mail with delivery in 2-3 days. All UPS (United Parcel Service) shipments ARE insured up to $100. Most items are shipped the same day payment is received..
Combined Shipping
We will combine items purchased within the same week to save you on shipping charges. Invoice will be sent reflecting this discount at the end of the auction. If you have purchased multiple items, please wait to pay until we have sent you a revised combined shipment invoice.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility .Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. We do not mark merchandise values below value. US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

We package and ship many fragile and delicate items on a weekly basis. You can be assured your item will be carefully wrapped with bubble wrap, packing peanuts and double boxed if necessary to assure a safe delivery.
Bay Treasures, LLC. collects and reuses clean boxes from other local businesses for medium and large items. This saves you on shipping costs.
