For your consideration is a vintage Tarrega guitar. This guitar was Made In Sweden by Bjarton, purchased from Hagstrom and imported for distribution by Fender in the U.S. These were copies of the Great Classical Guitarist Francisco Tarrega's Giutar. Fender intoduced classic acoustic guitars in late 1963 and discontinued in 1966. ** Classical strings, 19 fret fingerboard, classical bridge with loop anchored strings, slotted peghead, back and sides of Brazilian rosewood or Indian rosewood. Action is med/low and guitar is very pleasant to play. The 3 on a side silver tuners are nice with very little oxidation and hold tune well. Guitar features Martin Classical strings 3/3 silver/nylon. Lots of life left on fretboard with very little wear. Guitar will be shipped in the period correct chipboard case with lots of mojo which has protected the guitar all these years. The case seams are held together with shipping tape and handle is rope. A makeshift clear pickguard was added in early years for there are no visible scuffs under it. Guitar is GREAT condition with only small scratches in finish only.
