DESCRIPTION: This is a must for sunday suppers and would make a great piece at a bridal tea or shower! A Vintage Retro 50's 60's Coffee Carafe Pot, Tea Pot with Pouring Cradle Stand & Burner in great used condition. I truly don't know the age of this piece... it may be older than I've mentioned in the listing. The cradle/stand measures about 6.5 inches by 10 inches and the glass pot stands about 9 inches high (not counting the handle). The cradle stand, and handle on the carafe is a metal with a yellow gold color which is some sort of plating. The finish is good, but needs cleaning... and in some cases... I'm not sure if I'm seeing a soiled finish, or missing. There is a small white rubber tip on the top of the cradle on one side of the pot (it can be seen in the photo); but the tip is missing on the other side. (It is perfectly presentable without the rubber tip... but I believe you could find something to replace them both with at a hardware store.) The cradle has a pedestal that you put a saucer and cup on... then you tip the pot with the handle to pour the coffee. "No muss... no fuss!" There is a glass burner/tea light holder, and a tealight, to keep the coffee/tea warm. The pot is in good shape without nicks or cracks. The handle is secure on the pot. There are a few small places where the finish is either missing or tarnished and needs cleaning around the neck of the pot. Sold as is. If you'd like more photos... just ask! Likewise GET IT FAST shipments will require a different container and therefore the pricing may be a bit different... so ASK BEFORE YOU BUY, PLEASE. If you would like expedited shipping and handling, please ask and I'll price it for you! Otherwise, I usually ship the same day payment is recieived unless it is received later in the day but in some cases, such as holiday weeks, it may take me several business days to ship. Therefore, if you need it shipped within my normal two business day turn-around, please let me know BEFORE YOU BID so I can do my best to accommodate you. Some shipping alternatives are provided in this listing but they are not all inclusive. To calculate the price of alternate U.S. and international shipping methods please us the United States Postal Service calculator at: http://postcalc.usps.gov/. Items shipped outside the CONTINENTAL U.S. will require an alternate shipping quote/fee. Seller will also ship internationally using the same USPS calculator cited above, but shipping may take considerably longer and will most likely be more expensive than domestic shipments. The buyer of international shipments will also be responsible for any duties/tariffs that may be applicable.
