I go to the post office every week day, Monday -Friday. I typically ship items out one business day after I've receivedpayment, so if I receive payment on Friday, your item will go in the mailMonday (although if I receive payment early enough, I might get it in the mailthe same day). If you pay with an e-check, I will wait for the payment toclear before shipping your item. I may occasionally take a few extra daysto ship an item if I am out of town, especially if it is around a majorholiday. If you need an item to be shipped right away, just let me knowand I will do my best to get it out to you as soon as possible! I dooffer Express Mail shipping for most of my items for those of you who need rushshipping. :-)
Items sent First Class are shipped in a heavy dutypolyvinyl mailer. Items sent Priority Mail are sent in either a tyvekmailer or a box depending on the size of the item. You may always requestthat an item be shipped in a box, but the shipping cost may go up slightly.
I am also happy to offer a combined shipping discountif you purchase more than one item. If you buy more than one item, I willsend you an adjusted invoice with the new shipping price. Itemsmust be paid for at the same time to be eligible for a shipping discount. I include Delivery Confirmation for free on all USorders.
PLEASE NOTE: I willship your item to the address listed on the Paypal payment, so please make surethat your address is up-to-date! If you need me to ship to an addressother than the one listed, please make a note of it when you pay.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Iam happy to ship internationally, but please note that as the buyer, you areresponsible for any taxes or duties your customs office might charge onpackages coming from the USA. Customs fees are not included in the cost ofshipping. ALSO NOTE: While First ClassMail International is the cheaper shipping option, it is also lessreliable. I’ve had some customers gettheir packages in around a week, and for others, it has taken a month. If you need a package by a certain date, I’dhighly recommend Priority Mail International. I can also ship via Express Mail International upon request. Trackingis NOT available for First Class Mail International. If you would like a TRACKING NUMBER for yourpackage, you MUST select Priority Mail International or Express MailInternational as your shipping option.
I know that purchasing clothing online can be risky,and I want all of my customers to have a great experience in my store. Ifyou are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me aboutmaking a return. If you decide to return an item, please mail it back tome no later than 14 days after you receive it. It must be returned in theexact condition you received it. If the item had tags, they must still beattached.
All returns will be subject to a 15% restockingfee. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
The large majority of the items in my store arevintage, and therefore pre-owned. I do my best to only put items up forsale that are in very good to excellent vintage condition, and I will list anymajor flaws that I notice. However, most vintage clothing has been aroundfor several decades or more, and it may have some minor snags in the fabric,the occasional loose thread or other minimal signs of wear. Vintage itemsmay also have raw seams that have not been serged. By purchasing, you areaccepting that these items are used and may not be 100% perfect. However, ifyou feel I have overlooked a major flaw, please let me know!
I personally have a SMOKE FREE AND PET FREE HOME. I won't sell a piece of clothing if I notice a smoke smell on it from a previousowner. I have no way of knowing if the original owner of the clothing hadpets, but I will use a lint roller to remove any fuzz or stray hair Inotice. Because most of what I sell is vintage, an item may have been instorage for quite a few years, so I always recommend you wash or dry clean youritem before wearing it.
