Vintage BARBIE Ponytail #4 + BUBBLECUT + Fashion QUEEN Doll LOT 1960s 3 pieces

This is a Beautiful 3 piece lot of Vintage Barbie Dolls. Consists of Ponytail #4, Bubblecut and Fashion Queen Dolls.

We are pleased to present you a vintage 3 piece lot of Barbie dolls from the 1960s. Barbie is a fashion doll manufactured by the American toy-company Mattel, Inc. and launched in March 1959. American businesswoman Ruth Handler is credited with the creation of the doll using a German doll called Bild Lilli as her inspiration. Barbie is the figurehead of a brand of Mattel dolls and accessories, including other family members and collectible dolls. Barbie has been an important part of the toy fashion doll market for fifty years, and has been the subject of numerous controversies and lawsuits, often involving parody of the doll and her lifestyle.

The lot consists of the following:

Ponytail Barbie #4: Made in 1960. She has blonde hair, blue eyes, red lips, red nails, curved eyebrows and blue eyeliner. Made of vinyl material with a soft feel to it and a heavy and solid torso. She is wearing her original black and white striped swimsuit. Measures 11 1/2 inches tall and marked " Barbie TM Pats. Pend. ©MCMLVIII by Mattel Inc." and "Japan" on her right foot. Total weight is 5.5 oz.

The doll looks clean with only light scratches on the arms and legs due to normal play. The blonde hair was cut out of the head with a few short strands left and needs to be restored (please see picture). She also has a brownish stain on the back of her right leg (please see picture). Overall it is in good condition.

Barbie Fashion Queen: Made in 1963. She has molded brown hair, blue eyes, coral lips, pink nails, curved eyebrows and blue eyeliner. Made of vinyl material with a soft feel to it and a hard hollow torso. She is wearing her original gold and white striped swimsuit with matching head scarf or turban. Measures 11 1/2 inches tall and marked " Barbie® Pats. Pend. ©MCMLVIII by Mattel Inc." and "Japan" on her right foot. Total weight is 4.2 oz.

The doll shows light scratches on the arms and legs due to normal play. There is a small rubbed off paint on her molded hair and the paint of her toenails are rubbed off. Overall it is in very good condition.

Barbie Bubblecut: Made in 1961. She has brunette with bubblecut hair style, blue eyes, pink lips, red nails, curved eyebrows and blue eyeliner. Made of vinyl material with a soft feel to it and a hard hollow torso. Measures 11 1/2 inches tall and marked " Barbie® Pats. Pend. ©MCMLVIII by Mattel Inc." and "Japan" on her right foot. Total weight is 4.1 oz.

The doll shows light scratches on the arms and legs due to normal play. There is a small pinkish stain on her left wrist. The paint on her toenails are rubbed off. Overall it is in very good condition.
