Rich Q

Weight: 18 - 21 oz Cue Type: Two-Piece
This is a vintage Rich Q pool cue that has been in storage...(back of closet!) for a number of years...the last time it saw a pool table was 2001! It is in very good condition for its age, I was told that it was made in 1976 and is a 5-Q model. This info came from what I was told a "Blue Book of Pool Cues", but I cannot verify this because I do NOT have this book....It has a blue, & black wrap, and several mother of pearl inlays, with a pretty blue marble look to it, it is also NOT warped, rolls as sweet as new, is a VERY pretty stick. If I don't sell, I can always use it to stake up my tomato plants.....OK, maybe not!  I bought it used YEARS ago,  thinking I would join the hubbie in shooting pool....divorced him instead!! No longer have a use for it! It needs a new home...someone who will get enjoyment out of it!!                                                                                                    Their wholesale prices in 1976 ranged from $17 to $50. That's a high end model and, though the picture only shows the cue partially, it has virtually identical details to model 5-Q from the 1976 line which the Blue Book of pool Cues lists as:

$1,200 in 98% condition; $895 in 90% condition and $550 in 70% condition. These value already take into account the gold windowpane. As I stated in the other post you read, add $95 for a second shaft and $60 for each ivory ferrule.

Maybe this can help.....if I had to say what condition this cue is in, I would put it to be around 90%, it is that nice, the "RICH Q" emblem in the clear window is not gold, but black and white,  ? it does have small stress fracture, but not a major flaw. There is only 1 (one) shaft, and the ferrule, I don't know if it is original or not, I do know I never had it replaced, but U be the judge....Please feel free to ask any questions......No International Shipping, SORRY!!! Will ship insured, with delivery confirmation number for tracking.
Oh the case is NOT anything other than to protect the stick, it is a black, and gray, cloth,  furry looking inside,"It's George" case, that is not a very pretty thing, and you are ONLY bidding on the stick, there is also a small bottle of powder, and a "cue tip tool" inside the velcro front pocker of case, I am GIVING you the case for the sole purpose of protecting your investment!! It has been in this case for YEARS, and only taken out for the pictures...& BACK in the case!!
