- If you are purchasing multiple items from us from different listings, we feel it isn't fair for you to pay separate shipping on the items. Instead, we want to reward you by offering you 10% off shipping.
*Contact customer service and let them know the items you are ordering, so that they can apply the discount.
- Our price protection guarantee will give you the utmost confidence in choosing our company to supply you. If you find the same part listed ANYWHERE, we will guarantee to match the price, and if possible, we will beat it!
*Price will be the total cost of the product plus shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
- These are applicable when the mistake is on our part. If we send you the incorrect product, we will stand behind it and correct the problem for you.
- Products are packaged and sent out in brand new condition, and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect products on arrival, regardless of how the box condition appears. When it arrives, you will inspect the product in the presence of the driver, and if all is ok, you can sign for it. If there is any damage, note that to the driver and contact us afterwards to see how to proceed. Please note "Damaged", nothing more or less. (All sales are final otherwise)
- Most items are intended for off road or show purpose only, and are not recommended for regular driving conditions. Manufacturers and distributors are not responsible for any misuse of the item.

Shipping
- All shipments hold a 48hr turn around time, and if there are any problems, you will be contacted before then.
- We must have your full name, address and phone number you can most easily be contacted before we ship your item.
- Shipping prices include everything, and there are no hidden fees once you purchase the product.
*Should your location be noted as beyond point from the freight company, there will be an additional charge, but you will be notified prior to any additional charges.
- Canadian and international orders can be shipped, but the buyer is responsible for any and all taxes, brokerage, duties, or fees.
- Shipments cannot be sent to P.O. Box locations.
FAQ
- "Your products say off-road use only, so does this mean I cannot put these parts on my street car?"
*These products have this disclaimer because we ship nationwide and internationally, and each county/state/ or country has different laws. There have not been problems with any of the products we've sent out though, from any area we've sent them to. To be positive, you can look up your local laws.
- "Are hood pins really required for your hoods?"
* Like the kits, the hoods carry this disclaimer for the same reasons. If you install and check the hood properly for any vibration, looseness, or damage from wear and tear, you will be fine like most people, to run without pins. These hoods are not metal like the OEM ones, so you cannot slam them, drop them from any height to close them on the latch, or use your palm to bounce on the hood.
- "How do your parts fit, are they ready to be installed, and what finish does it come in?"
* The products that we carry fit well, and if you want to double check, then feel free to contact customer service for an honest answer. Parts need to be installed professionally, and there will be some modification. The parts are all hand-made so if there's a problem with fitment, contact us for help. Only a few products come pre-drilled, but contain no hardware. The parts are not sent out, or offered painted, so they arrive to you primered or gel-coated. Your bodyshop is highly suggested block and re-prep the part prior to paint.
