We usually use EMS to ship the item and it takes about 5-9 business days for delivery. All products will generally be shipped out within 2 working days after we receive the payment and your contact phone number.

Shipping delay & Tracking number

  1. A Tracking number will be emailed to you once we have shipped your order. Please note that delays due to bad weather or custom inspections may still occur.

  2. We endeavour to deliver your products as soon as possible. Should you receive the wrong product due to shipping or packing error, please contact us for exchange or refund. Please contact us as soon as possible in the event your product is damaged or defective.

  3. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please provide us your full address AND telephone number and make sure your shipping address is correct and deliveries can be made to this address. If you need to change your address, please change it in PayPal first before you pay.
 

Return Policy:

��         Payment must be received within 3 days from date of sale.  

��         Refunds are not allowed for non-defective products.

��         Refunds are allowed for defective products if reported and returned within 7 days.

��         Replacements will only be are allowed for defective products reported and returned within 30 days.
