• Shipping charge shown in listing is for the continental USA (48 states) only. We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

• Orders are generally shipped the same or next business day after payment has been received.
• Delivery time for the continental USA is 1-5 business days by ground service.
• We use both UPS and USPS at our discretion.You must include on your order a valid street address, not just a post office box. A tracking number will be emailed to you so you can monitor your shipments progress.
• Shipping cannot be refunded.  Shipping costs are paid to the carrier and include packaging material.  They are never refundable after item is sent.

Returns Warranty

We cannot accept any return without permission. 

All parts carry a full one-year warranty.

We are not responsible for falsely ordered items.  Buyer is responsible to make sure this item is right and the wanted one.  If you don't know, please call our knowledgeable sales team and they will be happy to find the correct part for your vehicle.

We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items.  However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.  Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:

• Are in their original packaging
• Have original manufacturer information
• Are not used, installed, or disassembled
• Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
• Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions

• Custom or special orders
• Automotive repair manuals
• Electrical Parts and Components

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.

Items incorrectly shipped to Epdparts will not be returned. Items not purchased from Epdparts will not be accepted.

Damaged Products
If your product has been damaged in shipment, please complete our form at Returns within 24 hours of receipt of your product to begin the returns process. We'll then contact you via email with further instructions on filing your claim.

Warranty
Epdparts guarantees the workmanship of the products sold. Carburetors have a one year replacement warranty. If you have received a defective product, please contact us and we will advise return procedure.
