Postage & Packaging

We aim to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours of receiving cleared payment of funds. All items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery Service as standard, and will therefore require a signature upon delivery.

All our goods are sent in protective packaging to reduce the risk of damage in transit, and to keep your goods in perfect condition.

You should receive your goods within 2 - 4 days of cleared fund payment.

Our postage is currently Free of charge within the mainland UK, with the exception of our handbags, usually £3.00 for each single item purchased, and free for any additional items purchased at the same time.

International postage will be sent via international signed for or airsure, price to be confirmed, please email us for current costs to your country.

Returns Policy

We offer a full refund guarantee on items which are damaged in transit. The damaged item must be returned along with it's original packaging and gift wrap (if purchased) within 7 days of receipt. Please email us before returning goods.

We also offer a 7 day full refund guarantee if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase. The item must be returned in a saleable condition, along with it's original packaging and gift wrap (if purchased) within 7 days. A refund will be given minus the returns postage costs incurred by you.

Please note however that we are unable to accept returns on any of our piercings (ie earrings and belly bars), due to hygeine reasons. Unless damaged in transit.

Please ensure all goods are returned in protective packaging by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We regret we cannot be held responsible for items that go astray in the post when being returned to us. Using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery will enable you to make a claim against Royal Mail for any items that may be lost.
