Returning an Item:
If you received an item and found out to be defective (DOA), damaged or u201cnot as described”, then you have to return it back to us within 14 days of receipt for replacement only.

When an item becomes defective within the warranty period, then, you can return it back to us provided the defect is within the limited warranty clause. We normally ship free shipping to 48 USA states only. or we charge shipping for international buyers. . UPS does not deliver addresses to military box. FPO,APO or P.O. box addresses. If you cannot provide a street address, we will ship your item to you box address with extra charge.
