 UP FOR AUCTION IS A VINTAGE ONEIDA LARGE SILVERPLATE (HOLLOWARE) OVAL WAITERS TRAY IN THE CASTLE COURT PATTERN.

ONEIDA SILVERSMITHS - Sherrill NY
Tableware manufacture began in 1877. Incorporated in New York in 1880 under the name Oneida Community Limited. Moved to Niagara Falls in 1880. Moved to Sherrill in 1912-1914. Name changed to Oneida Ltd in 1935.

MANUFACTURED STATUS: CIRCA 1990. LOVELY SCROLLING AND CHECKERBOARD PATTERN. MEASURES 21 5/8" X 16". HALLMARK STAMP ON BOTTOM WITH LIONS. PROTRUDING PATTERN ON BOTH ENDS.

GOOD USED CONDITION, MINOR SIGNS OF SCRATCH USAGE WARE. WILL NEED TO BE CLEANED AND POLISHED. I HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING TO IT. THERE COULD BE SOME SMALL SIGNS OF SP WARE. NOT SURE UNLESS CAN BE SEEN AFTER CLEAN-UP.

WEIGHS 3 LBS. 4 OZS. ( NOT PACKAGED ).
