PAYMENTS
Only
PayPal payments are accepted. Payment is due within 3 days of the sale of the
item(s) unless other arrangements like a lay-a-way plan are made prior to
purchasing. Please send me a message with any questions.
Non-paying
bidder disputes will be filed with eBay if payment is not made. Unpaid items will be relisted
for sale after 5 days if no communication is made.
Arkansas
state sales tax applies to all orders that ship to the state of AR.
SHIPPING
We
do combine shipping, and these costs will vary by item. Please email us with
the items you would like to combine shipping for, and we will get back with you
with a shipping cost.
For
international shipments outside of the U.S., please ask for a shipping cost
prior to buying.
We
take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your
order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will
be dispatched as soon as possible.
For
tracking purposes, we only ship using USPS Priority
mail or FedEx for large packages. Some items may be sent First Class Mail and
will be specified in the listing.
If
you would like to purchase additional shipping insurance to be sure that the
post office will reimburse for items damaged during shipping, it MUST be requested prior to payment. Please email me with any
questions.
We
calculate shipping costs, and the rates are displayed on each listing.
Additional shipping charges may apply to large, non-flat rate, or FedEx
packages sent to CA, OR, NY, and WA. Please wait to pay until invoiced or
contact me before paying through PayPal.
RETURNS
Genuinely
faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of
any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers’ responsibility
to pay for and ship the item back to us.
We
do not accept returns based on buyer’s remorse nor do we issue partial refunds
for items. The item must be returned and a refund will be issued upon its
arrival.
