Payment: Paypal payments only, in compliance with ebay regulations. Items must be paid within 5 days unless because of circumstances you have contacted us and received another payment arrangement.
Shipping: U.S.A. only. Please see the shipping calculator for the estimate. We attempt to use the most economic USPS shipping services available. (First Class for items 13 oz. or less, Priority for 14 oz and over). We combine shipping charges whenever possible, but multiple items need to be paid for all at one time. Giving us advance notice of your intentions is helpful. We will use our judgment as to what can be shipped together. One example: A china teapot and a flat iron isn't appropriate. We ship quickly, (within 3 business days whenever possible) but allow for weekends, holidays and be sure to make note of the date that you actually made the payment. On rare occasions we are contacted about an overdue package. Late arrival packages are almost always found to be at the buyer's local post office waiting for pickup. (but always feel free to contact us also). We almost always use USPS tracking.
Feedback: Please leave positive feedback for us when your item has safely arrived. This will tell us that the transaction has been successfully completed and we will promptly leave positive feedback for you also. This encourages buyers to leave feedback and discourages negative comments with no communication. Problems are rare, but if a problem does occur please contact us so that we will have the opportunity to remedy the situation. We strive for 5 Star customer service and almost always achieve Ebay's required high standards. Star ratings are for our service, not USPS rates or for shipping delays that were caused by USPS.
Questions: Time doesn't allow for extensive research on the items we sell, therefore honest, non-professional descriptions and opinions are offered. We are certainly not experts, but will be happy to answer questions whenever possible. If you don't receive a reply, either we didn't get your email or our reply didn't get through to you. Please let us know. We're not available 24/7, so try to contact us a.s.a.p, so that we have time to reply before the auction ends. It's always best to send messages through ebay.
Returns: Sales are final unless we've made a big mistake. We rarely sell anything fresh from a store. They are almost always older antiques and collectibles and could have minor flaws that we're not aware of. Any problems we see are always mentioned in the listing.
