- when the size/shape of the items purchased permit using the same box. You
can TRUST US …so go ahead and purchase, knowing we will refund the excess
shipping fee paid - directly to your PayPal account, once the shipping label has
been printed. If funds are tight, email us right away so we may quickly process
the refund for you.
WE PACK PROFESSIONALLY
- so you do not need to be concerned about your purchase. However, that said,
while we may be careful with wrapping and handling of the package, the USPS
workers are not. If you have any concerns, email us to request Insurance,
PRIOR to purchase, if your item is under $50.00. Items over $50.00 are
automatically Insured. If an item is damaged in shipping and Insurance was part
of your shipping cost, we will require proof of damage and will need pictures of
the damaged item and the damage on the box. Sorry but some people are not
honest. This policy is also necessary because we do consignments and the
owners want proof of the damaged item. Please, do not throw any packaging
material or the box away until your Insurance claim has been paid. The USPS
may require some additional pictures directly from you. If you chose not to
request insurance, prior to purchasing the item and it is damaged or lost in
transit, please contact your local USPS facility for assistance.

the cost calculated for Parcel Select [at checkout] is close to shipping cost for
Priority Mail, we will usually choose Priority for you. You agree to the cost of
shipping at the time of purchase. Should there be an error in shipping cost,
we will refund the determined excess directly to your PayPal account. We will
email you and ask that you verity the credit is showing in your account. This is
important and we do so in order to be certain the 'website's system' is properly
communicating and you are aware of our process. Also, as stated herein, if a
handling fee has been added, this minimal amount will be deducted from the

USPS TRACKING INFORMATION
- provides proof that the package was mailed and its location once
scanned by the postal worker. It is a series of numbers. If your purchase history
does not show the number after the shipping label has been printed, let us know
and we will email the Tracking number to you. if you have any questions on how
to use the Tracking system, just email us and we will do what we can to assist you.
USPS REGULATES SHIPPING METHOD AND TIME OF DELIVERY
- all items except Priority Mail are shipped via land by Mail Truck to your postal
facility for delivery. Depending on Buyer's location, Priority Mail is by Mail Truck,
Airplane and then by Mail Truck to your postal facility for delivery.
WE SHIP SAME DAY OR WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY
- if purchased prior to 10:00 AM MST - we ship same day as payment received.
If purchased on a weekend or holiday weekend, shipment is the first Business
day, which is usually on a Tuesday.
IF YOU HAVE CONCERNS REGARDING SHIPPING TIME
- please choose Priority Mail. If that option is not shown, you MUST contact us
with your ZIP CODE - and we will provide the shipping option for you or if you
have already purchased, we will send an invoice for the difference. We will not
ship until all shipping costs have been paid. If the item has been offered with
free shipping and you prefer Priority mail, free shipping is automatically voided
Regulations and Policies
We TRULY enjoy selling to International buyers! However, we require you
be an informed buyer. Additionally, please understand SHIPPING BY USPS is
expensive as their rates have increased several years in a row - however, on
January 27, 2013 they jumped the rates by 30% [thirty percent]
1] If shipping cost is not shown, we will revise listings to include the shipping
for your Country - simply email and ask for a quote.
2] Import duties, taxes and any other charges are not included in the item's
price or your shipping cost. These additional charges are imposed by your
Country and are your responsibility. Please check with your country's customs
office and determine what these additional costs will be PRIOR to bidding or buying.
3] Your country may have restrictions that are related to package size and
weight. So you need to know if the the packaged item will meet your countries
guidelines. It is also important for you to determine - before purchasing, if your
package might be HELD or delayed in Customs once it is received in your country.
4] You are responsible for knowing if the item is permitted for import -
therefore you should know your own countries regulations and restrictions. If you
purchase an item and it is returned to us, due to your negligence - and providing
it is in the same condition received as it was when sent, we will refund the item's
sold price - not the shipping cost as that was spent in mailing the item to you.
5] We will charge a $10.00 RETURN ITEM FEE. This amount will be deducted
from the sold price prior to refunding to your PayPal account.
6] CUSTOMS FORMS. Your purchase will be shown as merchandise, never as
a gift, and at the 'purchase price' with no exceptions, as falsifying [lying about] this
information is prohibited by USA and International Government regulations. We will
not add your shipping cost or anything else to the purchase price.
7] CUSTOMS NUMBER is provided on your purchase history - if this is not shown,
let us know and we will email the information to you.
