Thank you for viewing this listing. You are bidding on:
An Antique DeVault Arrowhead Vegetable Peeler & Grater
Pat No. 2106796
Oscillating blade, Quicker than a knife;
Peels, slices, shreds
Potatoes, Carrots, Cucumbers,
Removes corn from the cob,
Strings Beans, Opens Lima Beans

• This is a DeVault arrowhead vegetable peeler and grater. Ralph Pulliam DeVault (1879-1968) and his son invented the DeVault Potato Peeler during the depression and went on to invent and patent additional kitchen gadgets, including this vegetable peeler/grater in February of 1938.
• Made of steel, this kitchen gadget measures 2" x 4-3/4". The swiveling curved steel peeler has a 1-3/4" cutting surface and the handle can be used as a grater/shredder. The arrowhead grater handle is made of light stainless steel; the peeling blade is cold rolled steel.
• It's in good vintage condition with some slight discoloration in the underside edges near the blade; the peeler blade is still sharp.
• This is a great peeler collectible, and, of course, it can still be used as intended. Please take a look at the photos for condition before you bid. Just email with any questions. Happy peeling!
