~ SHIPPING - U.S BUYERS ~
Please note that we are located in Mexico - all of our packages are shipped out of Mexico twice a week to the United States. All packages are then shipped through the United States Post Office, first class mail, to their final destination. Please understand that while this process requires some extra time (we quote an average delivery time of 2-3 weeks, depending on your location), it allows us to offer our buyers free shipping as well as a safe manner in which you can receive pieces directly from us, here in Mexico! :).
~ SHIPPING - BUYERS OUTSIDE OF THE U.S ~
Please note that we are located in Mexico - all of our packages are shipped out of Mexico twice a week to the United States. All packages are then shipped through the United States Post Office, first class international mail, to their final destination. Please understand that while this process requires some extra time and your patience (we quote an average delivery time of 2-3 weeks, sometimes more depending on your location and your customs), it allows us to offer our buyers the most affordable and reliable manner in which you can receive pieces directly from us, here in Mexico! :).
Please understand that standard first class mail packages do not offer tracking. The only method of shipping through the U.S. Post Office that offers tracking is "Global Express" - This service costs $39.95. Please let us know at the time of purchase if you would like to select this method, and we will invoice you accordingly - thanks.
Finally, the buyer is responsible for any additional taxes or tariffs levied on your package upon its arrival, by the customs of your country.
~ PURCHASE POLICY ~
We offer multiple high quality photos of each piece, along with thorough, and accurate descriptions of each item. The photos that we provide are intended for you to see the design that you are purchasing – a photo cannot represent the actual size of a piece. You will need to read our descriptions for the actual dimensions and weight of the item that you are considering. If you have questions, or you feel that you need more information, please contact us prior to purchase, and we will be happy to assist you.
All sales are final, so you will want to confirm sizing, etc, prior to purchase. We have a no return/no refund policy as we’re located in Mexico, and the logistics of returns are just not realistic. If, for some reason, an item arrives damaged (this is extremely rare), please contact us, and of course we will resolve the matter for you. If you are unhappy with an order that you receive, please contact us first and communicate directly with us in a polite manner what your concerns are -then we can proceed from that point. If you don’t contact us, we do not know that there is a problem, and we cannot assist you.
