SANSHIN MERCEDES BENZ 300 SL

1950's TIN PLATE POLICE CAR 

MADE IN Japan 

RARE FINDINGS!!!

This 1950s SANSHIN (Japan) MERCEDES BENZ 300SL POLICE PATROL CAR This is in Good original condition. The 9-inch long tin toy has some minor paint abrasions, minor front end paint touch-up, and a tiny trunk lid dent. The bumpers and 3 wheels appear to have been painted silver. The tin grill, windshield frame, and 1 wheel show light corrosion. The original tin driver is complete and very good. The metal antenna is rusty, and the battery box has had some corrosion removed.slightly rust mark to the back  The battery operated mystery actions works well, with a lighted red hood light, and a flashing green radio light, the siren is  working good. The rubber tires show very little wear. This is a good looking and unusual Sanshin police car. You will be happy when you cruise it into either your Japanese tin, Mercedes Benz, or police car toy collection.
