Vintage dress.  By Lillie Rubin.  Vintage tag size 2.  Gently worn/used condition.  Flat measurements: underarm to underarm 30", waist 25", hips 33".  This dress is super full, it has multiple layers with a very stiff puffy tulle underskirt, it is pictured over an additional petticoat (not included) to show the sweep and the condition of the lower half of the dress.  Please do ask any questions, as I do not accept returns.  Thanks for looking and please take a look at my other auctions.



Vintage 80's prom dresses (vintage clothing of any kind for that matter) have been worn they are 20ish to 30+ years old, they have been danced in, dry cleaned or washed more than once in some cases, hung in closets, folded for storage, possibly mended or altered by the previous owner before me, I describe them in their found state, if they have been hemmed or taken in that is how they were found and that will reflect in the current measurements provided by me, these are preloved and not brand new, any major flaws (that would make you look like a train wreck) will be noted but I try to to offer pieces that do not have issues beyond wearability.  Buyer pays shipping/handling charges, if you would like insurance please request a modified invoice before paying, I welcome international buyers but you are responsible for customs fees.  Payment to be made within 3 days of auctions close.  Clothing is measured flat, if fabric is stretchy the measurement will reflect the fabric flat and then stretched.  Items are in as is/as found condition, any major flaws will be noted in the description, unless an item is described in new or like new condition, normal signs of wear and care can be expected, ask questions if you need more details.  I recommend cleaning vintage/used garments to their specifications before wearing, items are sometimes stored folded and shipped folded so wrinkling to the fabric can be expected.  I do not accept returns unless I have grossly misrepresented the item and it is returned promptly in the received condition (this will be determined on a case by case basis), I never give partial refunds, if there is a return buyer is responsible for shipping, if there is a problem then contact me immediately upon receipt of item, do not wear the item and then claim there is a problem.  Please compare the measurements of the garment to an item of similar nature that fits you, sizing is not universal so it is included (if the item has a size tag, with pre-owned clothing sometimes it has been removed) for information but you should refer to the measurements for proper fit, leave room for ease when using measurements as your guideline for fit, as I will not consider a refund based on fit.  Colors may vary from monitor to monitor so I cannot accept returns for color issues.  Remember you can always resell the item.  Full dress/skirts may be shown over a petticoat, the petticoat is used to show the full detail of the dress and is not included in the auction, larger sizes will be pinned to fit the mannequin to show style of garment.  I try to ship as quickly as possible but sometimes this is just once a week (usually on Monday or Tuesday), if you need your item quickly please let me know and I will do my best to get it to you asap, send me a message to confirm that I know you need it shipped quickly.  I do combine shipping so if you buy multiple items wait for a combined invoice, if you are buying other items that end at another time just let me know.  Thanks for looking at my auction, please take a look at my other auctions, and contact me with any questions.
