Not only is this RAM DDR3 vs most DDR2 systems you find on the market, this RAM is designed for high performance running at 1600MHz compared to the industry standard 1333MHz. You need Minimum 2GB of RAM just to run Windows XP efficiently, 4GB for Windows 7 or Vista 64. For today's video editing software you want to be running Win7 or Vista 64-bit with at least 6GB of RAM, 8GB is better and for best results we recommend 12GB. My Video PC's warranty protects all our custom computer systems against defects in materials or workmanship for the duration of the warranty. Unless otherwise noted, each desktop computer system comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty from the date your computer ships. The Limited Lifetime Warranty provides lifetime technical support, lifetime labor services, and 1 year parts warranty. All claims for warranty service must be made during the term of the warranty. Your warranty and return policy begin on the day we ship your order. After your warranty expires, it is important to note that many of your components will still carry a manufacturer warranty (e.g., most memory carries lifetime manufacturer warranty). Once your warranty expires with My Video PC, you must deal directly with the manufacturer to obtain warranty service for a component.
If the warranty seal on your computer has been found to have been tampered with or removed your warranty is void.
What our Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover
(Straight forward with no fine print)
1. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover accidental damages caused from but not limited to overclocking, BIOS or firmware updates, misuse of computer hardware, using or exposing computer to improper voltage, and or incorrect handling of the computer.
2. Acts of God or disaster such as floods, fire, hurricane, electric surges, tornadoes, etc.
3. Loss or Damage occurred during shipment of your computer. All our computers are packed very efficiently and fully insured with the shipping carrier. Once the computer leaves our possession we are no longer responsible for potential loss or damages from third party sources. If your computer has sustained damage from a shipping carrier we will provide all necessary information and documentation (upon request) for the customer to submit a claim to the shipping carrier. Please note that even though we will help in any way we can, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to take the necessary steps for compensation for damages from third party persons/groups. My Video PC is in no way liable for any final decision from the shipping carrier in regards to any particular claim.
4. Any software related issue. All software related issues must be dealt with directly with the particular software developer.
5. Any extra or special requested hardware components added to the computer thus changing the standard system setup as originally listed. |

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us BEFORE leaving feedback or starting dispute through ebay/paypal and we will be more than happy to immediately assist you. - RETURN POLICY: All of our items come with a 7 day Guarantee. Return the malfunctioning or defective computer within 7 days from the delivery date. If we cannot repair the computer, we will replace it for free.
- All returns must be in the original manufacturer's packaging with all accessories. Customer must ship the Product(s) to us in the original packaging and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment, all of which shall be at Customer's expense.
- Customer must contact us via email and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned that are determined to be missing pieces, or otherwise not in the condition they were ship to you in will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We keep serials numbers of our products. If return product is not the one that was shipped to you, it will be shipped back and report to ebay safeharbor.
