this looks like a very interesting piece, probably chinese, looks like a dog of fu or other mythical beast, it stands on a good square stand with good seal mark underneath, the base measures about 6.2cm across, and the piece measures about 6cm high to the top of the dog, its a very heavy solid piece weighing about 560 grams. my opinion is gilt bronze but some might say its brass so to save any confusion im selling as seen in the photo. their is overall wear and corrosion in places and also some tiny pin holes visible in places, viewing and info welcome. could turn out to be a very rare piece, it came with lots more fine pieces im listing.
