• We ONLY ship using UPS or USPS Priority mail for fast, trackable shipping.

• Our shipping charges include costs to package in the highest quality packing material.

• If multiple items are purchased and being shipped internationally or do not qualify for free domestic shipping, shipping will be combined for a lower rate, provided the items are paid for in one payment.  To see the combined rate, click on the “Shipping and Payments” tab on this page.   In most cases, the combined shipping rate will only increase $3 ($4 international) over the cost of the single item shipping rate.

• We Do ship to APO/FPO addresses.

• Unfortunately, we CANNOT ship to PO BOX address.   Please provide a street address for shipment.

• We WILL NOT ship using any service other than UPS and USPS.

• If you purchase an item with free shipping and choose to return it you will be refunded your purchase price less all shipping fees incurred by BCMS.
  

• We state the selling price and "bicycle equipment" on the customs documentation.

• We WILL NOT claim your item is a gift or reduce the amount of the selling price to help you avoid paying duties, taxes and any other related fees.

• You WILL BE responsible for ALL import duties and fees associated with the item.

Our mission is to satisfy the customer with each and every transaction. If there is an error in the listing specifications and you would like to return an item we will pay the return shipping charges by providing a prepaid return label and provide a full refund. Please e-mail us to obtain a UPS prepaid shipping label.

• If you would like to return a product for any other reason, you may return it as long as it is in the original condition as when it was purchased, accompanied with all packaging and our Return Form that can be downloaded below.

• We will file a mutual agreement not to complete the transaction with eBay for all returns on eBay transactions. We will refund the amount you paid for the item less all shipping.

• If you purchased a item with free shipping, your return credit will be refunded less the actual shipping amount to ship the product.

• If you are returning clothing or shoes you will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.

• No returns after 30 days for any reason.
