|I purchased this Apple MacBook Pro on August 29, 2009 with the AppleCare Protection Plan which expires on August 29, 2012! Read about AppleCare here: AppleCare Protection Plan.
I took very good care of this laptop while using it. The laptop is in good used condition with everything functioning normally. The battery's charge is still very good (I regularly conditioned the battery which optimizes its lifespan and performance). The keyboard has minor aesthetic wear (a slight shine) due to normal usage of always having my fingers on the keys typing. There are no dents or significant/notable scratches anywhere.
- Laptop will come pre-installed with Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion). The CD that is included with this laptop, however, will be Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard). I upgraded the operating system to 10.7, which was released after I purchased this laptop, but I am not authorized to burn a CD that contains Lion. The Snow Leopard CD came with this laptop when I purchased it.
- Laptop will ship in the original box with original packaging, documentation, OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) CD, and Applications CD containing iLife '09 software suite.
Since you will be in possession of this laptop for more than four (4) months while it is covered under the AppleCare Protection Plan, I cannot accept any returns. The laptop is functioning normally and any issues that arise during your initial four (4) months of usage can be handled by Apple through the AppleCare Protection Plan.
I am a very honest EBay seller and I have been selling my used laptops on EBay for years (see my selling history). Please contact me for any questions and thank you for your interest!

- Strength, lightness, beauty - seamlessly integrated
MacBook Pro is machined from a single piece of aluminum, an engineering breakthrough that replaced many parts with just one. It's called the unibody. And the first time you pick up a MacBook Pro you'll notice the difference it makes. The entire enclosure is thinner and lighter than other notebooks. It looks polished and refined. And it feels strong and durable - perfect for life inside (and outside) your briefcase or backpack.
- FaceTime HD camera
The FaceTime HD camera built into the MacBook Pro display is even thinner than the camera inside iPhone 4.
- A display full of bright ideas
LED backlight technology for the MacBook Pro makes the display instantly bright and allows it to be incredibly thin. They used edge-to-edge glass not just because it looks beautiful, but because it lends structure to the display. And at the top of the screen they hid the built-in FaceTime HD camera. So you see your friends and family in big, beautiful widescreen - and as little of the camera as possible.
- Multi-touch trackpad - it just feels right
The multi-touch trackpad has no button because it is the button. That means there's more room to track and more room to click - left, right, center, and everywhere in between. The result is a trackpad that just makes sense to you - and your fingers.
- Easy access to connections and ports
The connections and ports on MacBook Pro - Gigabit Ethernet, USB, and audio in/out - are all smartly integrated on the same side of the notebook. So your cables stay neatly organized, and connecting and disconnecting your devices is easy and convenient.
- Designed to make an impact
Complete control over how the MacBook Pro is designed, how it's manufactured, and how it's packaged gives Apple an environmental edge. LED backlight technology preserves energy. Glass and aluminum are highly recyclable. MacBook Pro is free of most harmful toxins.
