All bottles are shipped from our cellars in Hobart, Tasmania. Shipment will be through Australia Post's Manual Wine Handling Eparcel Service. All cartons sent are fully insured and trackable online. Orders are always shipped on the day of or the day after payment is received - unless we are instructed otherwise!

Express Parcel Post is available (often at no extra charge) but may not suit all items. Australia Post will not insure anything sent this way. If you need something sent urgently please contact us 03 6248 6033 Mon - Sat 9am-6pm before purchasing to discuss suitabilty and cost.

We are happy to offer a full refund on any item that is returned to us in the same condition as it was sent. The original packaging should be used wherever possible. Bottles etc must remain sealed and unopened. Shipping costs,unless we at fault are usually unrefundable.
