Likes: The design of the phone is real nice even though it's based on the almost outdated motorola razr design. The screens are really bright very high resolution. The speaker on this phone is also very good clear and produces both the highs and lows in music very well. But by far my favorite feature is the speaker phone so loud and clear it doesn't muffle the voices like most other phones that i've had. It also supports bluetooth media transfer pretty cool, on this note you can also use bluetooth to transfer everything from contacts to calendar entries from another phone. Dislikes: No.1 utmost dislike is the menu system on this phone. My o my this phone is hella cryptic example: I have music on the memory card i'm trying to change on of them to be my ringtone. You'd think when you open the song you would have an option to assign as a ringtone but no. you have to transfer the song from the card to the phone, then go to your profiles and edit whichever profile you are using! I don't know if it's me doing something wrong, but this phone won't ring and vibrate at the same time it's either one or the other only. Text entry is also an adventure by itself. Overall: If I didn't buy this thing used off of ebay, I would have returned it a long time ago!Read full review
I wanted to change to Boost Mobile and wanted a flip phone. This is the best they offer and the only flip phone but I feel somewhat dissapointed with some of the features offered. The battery drains quicker than my old cheap phone. The contact list does not offer a space for addresses, which I like to keep on hand on the phone. The web feature is difficult to use. The datebook is also very cumbersom to use. There is some much information to fill out to be notified of an appointment. When the notification rings, it only rings once, so if the phone is out of reach I will not know that I have somewhere to go. I was taking pictures and when I went to retrieve them, they were nowhere to be found. I don't know where they went because my old phone would tell me I had no space for a photo. It seems to have space in the phone but I don't know what happens to the pictures. Only one ever saved on the phone. Could have paid less and gotten the same features on another phone.Read full review
The phone is a good copy of the I-Phone, but we had trouble uploading the Sitia -Legacy program to get the internet and SMS to work. Corporate T-Mobile store helped - others would not. The phone has excellent call sound quality and works great, the international aspect of the phone was difficult to work with but I expected it. The clock had to be manually set, which is odd - expected it to do as other phones and set clock from the network. I was pleased to find two batteries provided in the pack, this was a benefit that I did not expect and is needed. The phone is still new and I am learning the odds and ends of how to operate the phone. The manual could be more detailed, it is a bare knuckles edition and leaves a lot of details out.

I bought this phone to replace my Motorola i580 & I love it! It downloads text messages & sends them twice as fast, as my old phone. The look & feel of the i9 is wonderful. It's easy to operate, also, the display is large & easy to read. The main menu is very easy to access & so is the contacts list. In general I love my new i9 phone & I highly recommend it.
