What are the advantages of these LED Bulbs ?
This new invented LED which give brightest illumination, and wide illuminating angle as filaments bulbs. While compared with filament bulbs, it has low heat output and never fade. It works at 12V. This LED bulb is designed for direct replacement for the stock halogen fog lights with a low power consumption LED. There is no modification needed, purely Plug-N-Play

Payment Policy
- We accept Paypal only, PayPal e-check will be held up to 7-10 business days before shipping.
- 10.25% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to California.
- Please checkout only after all your auctions have ended. You are only allow to checkout once. Once checkout is completed, you are not able to combine additional auctions. No exceptions.
Shipping Policy
- We will only follow your address listed in the Paypal payment for the shipment. Due to the secure reasons, we do not allow the address change through the email.

- All packages shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS.
Returns Policy
- carnrace offers a 100% Buyer Satisfaction Guarantee! If the auction item you have ordered is defective, contact us within 14 days and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal or greater functionality. In the event a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost.
- All returns for exchange, replacement, or refund must be sent with our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form & must get our authorization before any returns. This will help us to process the case faster & avoid any misunderstandings. Please make sure to email us with any problems immediately after receipt of item(s).
- Processing time for returns and exchanges is approximately 7 business days.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to any "Undeliverable", "Recipient Not Available" or "Returned" or "Refused" items. Therefore, please make sure you provide the correct shipping address to us on PayPal. In addition, if the item is returned with signs of use (scratches, nicks, or any marks, etc…) or any reason other than manufacturer defect (ex. don't like the product), the 15% restocking fee will also be applied.
- In the case of refund, Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

- If you have a question about a part you must email us BEFORE bidding. We try to answer all email within 1-2 business days. All items are continually re-listed. If we are unable to answer your question before the current listing ends, another auction will be available.
- All auction winners will receive an email notification with an invoice within 24-48 hours of auction end.
- Winners must confirm payment within 3 days and payment must be received within 7 days after auction closed, else item will be re-listed. We also file disputes or send negative feedbacks for non-paying bidders.
- We reserve the right to cancel bids from suspected bidders with zero or negative feedbacks.
- It is our desire to have stock on any item we list. Occasionally due to high demand, short supply or human error we may be out of stock on an item. If this happens you will be notified and given the option to either cancel for a full refund or wait for the part to come in (typically 3-14 days).
