I have had this product for about a month now and no problems with the unit. I needed to add another handset in the house and this one matched my others(just a little more silver not gray like my others) but no problem (that's the ONLY reason for 4/5 stars). The handset found my base unit by simply plugging in the unit and the phone did the rest. All functions work great with so many features. Easier to add handsets then all new phones this one fits the bill.
The phone quality is excellent and is lightweight. We already had this handset, but one of the phones was accidentally put through the wash, so we needed the same model to replace it. I had no problems syncing it up with the home base.
