    Application: For 3.7V lithium rechargeable battery 18650(but not for the one with 
    protection board),14500,18500,17670,17500
    While Charging, the red and green lights flash alternately. After 
    fully, green LED stays on.

    Manual:
    1. This is the dual-channel standalone charger, different from the 
    previous charger of two parallel charging channel. It has more 
    advantages and benefits.
    2. Two battery channels are independent apartment. 
    3 Battery charging time of one is the same with to charge two 
    batteries.
    4.CPU controls intermittent pulse charging each channel. High 
    current charges the battery a short time, then a small current , and 
    then High current, circulating as this way, until to the cut-off 
    voltage, the charger shuts off automatically!
