Freight Items
For large items that must be shipped via Freight Truck (i.e. engines, transmissions), the delivery site must be a commercially zoned address capable of unloading a freight truck.
We can also arrange for you to pick up your freight item at your local freight terminal. For an accurate residential freight quote, please contact us before your purchase. If for some reason our shipping cost is greatly over this estimate, we reserve the right to ask for additional funds or an alternate ship to address.

Shipping Deadlines
All Non-Freight items will be sent via UPS ground unless given instruction otherwise. If you need 2nd day air or Next day air service please call us directly for best results. You may also add this service during checkout but we can only guarantee shipment of these orders if it is placed before 3:00 CST. All freight items will go out the same day if the order is placed before 12:00 noon CST. This is providing that we have adequate payment, shipping instructions and phone numbers to process the shipment.
Guarantee/ReturnsMost parts we sell through eBay Motors come with a 14-day money back guarantee unless otherwise stated. The 14-day period starts when you take possession of the part. No labor warranty is provided.
East Park Auto Recycling has a standard 6 MONTH WARRANTY on all parts. Ball joints, ABS Sensors and tie rod ends that are included as part of a purchased item are not covered under this warranty and we recommend that they be replaced by a qualified technician. Buyers must contact us prior to returning defective parts. If it is deemed the buyer has purchased the wrong part or no longer needs the part, return shipping is paid by the buyer.
To return an item you must contact us via Ebay Messaging or by telephone within the 14-day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded except under warranty.
Once you obtain an RMA number, ship the item back to PO Box 24; 290 Crum Elbow Road Hyde Park, New York 12538 along with the RMA number.
