1. Is this phone unlocked, does it work well with my SIM card in my place?
Yes, it was unlocked and tested before we post. It takes GSM network SIM card, if the phone is tri-band, you should confirm the band with your carrier at your end, if the band your carrier used isn’t included in the phone; you may can not use this phone. While, if the phone is quad-band, it will takes all GSM network SIM card.
2. How long will I receive my phone?
We provide 2 ways for delivery: the first one is registered airmail, The buyer will receive it 10~30 days after shipping, the second one is express mail, the buyer will receive it about 7 days after shipping, If you can fill your phone number in the PayPal payment memo, it will be very helpful for you to get the parcel in time.
3. Why the status of my parcel is not updated?
It maybe hold by custom, please wait for a few more days, it will be released from custom after a few days in USA or Australia, and some other countries may need more days. But it is very rare.
4. How can I track my parcel?
We will email you the tracking number of your package three days later after we shipped out, if you haven’t got it, please contact us through eBay to get it. You’d better get the tracking number, so that you can track the goods at any time and know where the goods have been to. If the goods were lost on the way, please contact us immediately.
5. Is there any tax?
We post item with low value, just try to help you avoid tax, our buyers don’t need to pay for the tax in most cases, but we can’t promise that.
6. what should I do, the phone or accessories is defective when I got it.
We check and test it before we post. A few stuff maybe damaged during the shipment. Please contact with us ASAP. You don’t need to make a dispute right now, WE HATE MADE DISPUTE WITHOUT COMMUNICATION. If a picture can show the problem clearly, please email some pictures of the problem... We will response you and try our best to resolve it for you immediately.
7. What should I do when the postman deliver the parcel?
Please don’t sign it right now, you’d better check the parcel whether it was open before, please ask the postman standby, and open the box and check whether the items are missing or not. If the parcel is not the same as you bought, you need ask the post office to give the proof of status of the parcel you received, and email some clear picture of the package and item you received to us; otherwise we can’t ask the post office to compensate for the parcel.
8. if I have to return the phone to us for replacement or refund, what should I do?
Please contact us for the return name and address before you post, please don’t post it to the address on the parcel, it is the postman’s, we can’t get if you return parcel to it, because he has lots of mails to deal.. Please post it through your country’s post office registered mail (NO UPS & FEDEX & DHL), and give me the tracking number when you get it. Put your eBay ID and item number in the package, and post as gift and no value, we don't want to charge any tax, if there is some tax you have to charge tax.
