Multiple Items Won in Same Auction
MyHearGear offers Reduced Shipping Charges on Multiple Items won on the same day.
If you purchased IDENTICAL multiple items , your shipping cost for each additional, identical item is stated in the Auction Shipping Description. If you have won DIFFERENT multiple items, the Reduced Shipping Cost will Show on your E-Bay Invoice sent to you.

Items Damaged in Shipping
If an item arrives to you you in damaged condition, you MUST notify MyHearGear(by e-mail) within 24 hours of receiving the item......Customerservice@MyHearGear.com
Report the damage immediately to the the Shipping Carrier( UPS or U.S. Post Service). ***IMPORTANT- The damaged item AND the Packing Material & Accessories MUST BE RETAINED until the matter is solved with the Shipping Carrier. We will do everything we can to help you through this process.

To receive a Full Merchandise Refund, items must be in as-new, resalable condition and in their original box with all packing accessories, instructions, and warranties. Note: As a Precaution, you may want to purchase shipping insurance-because MyHearGear cannot be held responsible and will not be held liable for damages incurred during the return shipment of an item.
Items NOT Included in this Policy are Books, CD's, Videotapes, DVD's, Computers,
or Computer Software. Once opened, they are NOT RETURNABLE unless found to be defective (and then they may only be exchanged for the SAME item and title).
Shipping and Handling Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the item is defective(and has been verified as defective by MyHearGear upon return).
Once we receive the returned item in acceptable condition(inspected & approved by our warehouse), A Refund for the Full Price of the item (less original and return shipping charges) will be sent to your PayPal account.
