General Policy
- Items will be shipped within 24-48 hours after payment has been confirmed.
- PayPal payments accepted ONLY! Payments must be received within 7 days of your purchase or we will be filing a NPB (Non-paying Bidder) claim to recover our costs back. If you are not able to pay within 7 days of auction closing then we suggest you not bid.
- All items advertised are in stock. However, rare instances of computer inventory miscounts do occur so if this happens you will be refunded within 3 business days.
- All items are brand new, never been used, and still in original packaging unless otherwise stated.
- Most items do not come with instructions so please be aware of this before purchasing.
- Professional installation and/or assistance is strongly suggested. If you have technical questions regarding our products please contact us to request to speak with our mechanic on duty. Please note, buyer assumes all risk and liability if they decide to install it without professional help.

Exchanges/Returns
- All sales are final.
- Exchanges & Returns are only accepted if the product received is a manufacturer defect. Please contact us via EBAY message for return/exchange instructions.
- Returns that have install issues need to include an invoice with a note stating item is uninstallable.
- Buyer assumes all risks if item was installed at a non-legitimate shop or professional mechanic.
- Shipments because of our mistake such as wrong item or defective qualify for a return/exchange. Please contact us via our EBAY message for further instructions. Contact must be made within 7 days of receiving of item and need to be returned in unused condition including all original content that was shipped.
- Shipping & Handling charges will be covered by us if you leave a copy of the postage receipt or fax/e-mail a copy to us.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange if it fails to qualify within our guidelines set forth by our policies.

Fees
- Domestic shipping fees applies to the lower 48 Continental States.
- California residents are charged a 9.75% sales tax fee.
- Refunds are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee as well as non-refundable shipping/handling charges.
