Please contact ourselves before you send the item back to get a returns number and to arrange what option you would like to take. Unfortunately we cannot cover your return postage costs unless it was deemed that ourselves have sent the incorrect item or the item is faulty. On recival of the returned item your new item will be weighed and I will send you a money request for the postage back to yourself. If you opt for just the refund then you will be refunded less the postage it cost to send out the item/items to yourself , in the case the item has free postage down against it then the total refund will still be less the postage it cost ourselves to send to you.
