This is a Wonderful auction for a MINT, Rare, series 1, BLUE Teddy The New Faced Bear Retired Card put out in 1998.  The card number is 4050.  I am selling my Huge Ty Card collection..all 4 series.  All are in Mint condition and will be shipped in plastic sleeves and Protective Top-loaders.  Any inperfections in the pictures are due to the flash and any scratches are on the protective Top-loaders.
