We ship fast! You can expect that your package will be shipped as soon as payment has cleared. Most purchases are shipped on the same day or within 24 hours,that payment was made and cleared

Same Day Shipping (Express Mail)
Should you need your package right away, we recommend that you contact us before placing the order to insure that it can be sent with Express Mail .

Express Shipping is normally a guaranteed 24 hour delivery, some exceptions apply. But we must be contacted to know that the item needs to be sent overnight.

Domestic Shipping
We ONLY ship by United States Postal Service with tracking and delievery confirmation and a signature is required for delivery of orders over $250.

International Shipping
Only certain items are available for International shipping. Check the "Ships to" area below to see if your country is included and what the cost is.
Tracking is Required on all orders. WE DO NOT SHIP WITHOUT TRACKING!

Signature Required
A signature may be required prior to release of the package. Please make sure that an adult will be available at time of delivery to accept and sign for the package.Before accepting the package, please inspect it for any sign of tampering or damage.

We are unable to accept local pickup.

Damaged Orders
In the event an order arrives damaged, please notify us by telephone or via email. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping box. Pictures must be taken and we will contact the postal inspector to handle the matter and then we will then instruct you of further steps that need to be taken.

Handling
Orders are carefully picked and pulled and each item is inspected by two people for quality, double-checked for accuracy and then carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.

We only sell what we have in stock. We do not "dropship".
