AshleyDeals offers FREE shipping to anywhere in the continental U.S. Shipping costs to Canada can be found in Ebay shipping section below.  We ship to all States in the contiguous and Canada. We do not ship internationally, to non-contiguous U.S. territories, or APO Addresses.

Note: Item usually ships in 3-4 business days upon receipt of payment. Please allow 2-4 business days for item to arrive once it ships via Common Carriers or through the U.S. Post Office. Damages / Defects:

All of our products are guaranteed new in original condition upon arrival. We can provide replacements of defective or damaged parts in most cases if reported within 7 days of receiving your item. If you are missing parts in your order, please let us know within the 7 days of the delivery date, and we will provide replacement parts free of charge.

Although every effort is made to ship your items as safely as possible, items do occasionally get damaged during shipping. We will be more than happy to offer assistance in the event of damages and any other issues related to your order. If your item arrives in a visibly damaged state, It is normal for packages to show wear and tear, but it is not normal for there to be gaping holes or pieces falling out! Damages, missing parts, or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days from the date that the item was delivered. We assume no responsibility for any problems reported after the 7-day period. Please report  damaged items via email. Damages and other issues must be documented by email, because a written record is required. In addition, photo proof may be required. In the event that concealed damage is discovered, please contact us via email. We may be able to just replace the part(s) for you or provide a partial refund.

Return Policy:

AshleyDeals will gladly refund your original purchase price, less all shipping costs, provided you make arrangements to have your merchandise returned to us within 14 days of confirmed delivery date. All returns are subject to round trip shipping charges. If your item was shipped "Free Shipping," we will charge our "actual" outbound shipping charges. All returns for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You must first contact AshleyDeals to obtain an RMA number so we may authorize the return. You are responsible for making all arrangements associated with the return of your merchandise and items must be received back at our warehouse in their original, undamaged condition. Any damages that may occur to your items during return shipping will be deducted from your refund, so please be sure to repackage your items securely. Please do not forget to first obtain an RMA number prior to shipping your item back to AshleyDeals.
