Freight/Truck Deliveries : All of our items that ship via Freight/Truck are clearly marked in the product description area. You must provide a daytime phone number. The freight company will not make a delivery without speaking with you to schedule the delivery. These deliveries are curb side only . Please be prepared with the manpower needed to move your item into your home. The driver will not enter your home or garage.
Combined Shipping: We make every effort to combine multiple purchases to save on buyer's shipping cost. All items purchased that ship from the same warehouse will be combined for shipping. If you purchase multiple items that ship from different warehouses, shipping cost will be calculated as multiple shipments and will be combined during checkout into one payable invoice. In addition, we also offer for sale products that are shipped to customers directly from our distributors warehouses.While we make every effort to assure that the merchandise we offer for sale on eBay is not backordered, there may be rare occasions when there will be a delay due to a backorder or cancelation due to sudden discontinuation by the manufacturer. At Cheap-Chic Décor we value your business and always want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you would like to return your product, for any reason, we will gladly take it back within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. No Hassles!! Please e-mail us at email@example.com to obtain a return authorization number.
All items returned must be in new condition, unused, unassembled and in the original packaging material. Items returned under this policy are eligible for a refund (Please note: personalized or custom-made items and sale/clearance items are not eligible for a refund). The full purchase price minus our actual shipping and handling costs will be refunded. It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping cost to return the item to us or our manufacturing warehouses.
Many of our products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the purchase price to provide you with the total cost of the order. Please take note that if you return one of these products, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. In addition, the following categories carry a 15% vendor restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund: All Furniture, Benches/Ottomans, Chairs, Mirrors, Fireplaces, Coat Stands, Wine Furniture and Etageres.
Shipping costs for a truck/freight delivery are extremely high and make returning an item very cost prohibitive. Please make sure all of your questions are answered to the best of your knowledge prior to ordering. If your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy where roundtrip shipping costs and applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
Damages – Inspect Your Order For Damage or Missing Parts
We always do our best to package your item safely. Unfortunately, even with the best packaging, there are items that arrive damaged. We know that this is disappointing for you and apologize in advance.
If Shipped by Freight or White Glove
Any damage made to the carton or product itself, must be noted on the freight bill before the driver leaves. Please write “PRODUCT DAMAGED” on the copy they ask you to sign. This ensures that if there is any damage, we can assist in correcting the matter. If damage is notted, you may refuse the item or decide to keep it. Please note that keeping a defective item does not warrant a discount. If you refuse a delivery, please notify us so we can expect the return shipment and send you a new one.
If you have already accepted the order and find that parts are missing or are damaged, please contact us immediately (within 24-48 hours) so we can ship replacement parts.
If Shipped by Small Parcel (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS)
It is important for you to inspect your shipment carefully. If damage is noted, do not assemble the product. Instead, notify us immediately (within 3-5 days of delivery). If the item is assembled, it may result in the denial of a replacement.
Personalized or Custom-Made Orders
Any item that is made-to-order, personalized, or custom made is not eligible for a refund. All sales are final. A return will not be accepted unless the item has a manufacturing defect. If this occurred, please contact us immediately.
We take great pride in the quality of our items. We open and inspect all items before they leave our warehouse. On occasion, we can miss a defect. If you feel your product is defective, contact us immediately at email@example.com. Let us know your order number, the product, a brief description of the defect and your name. If applicable, we will replace your item or issue a refund in the event a replacement is not available.
Please Note: Many of our items are handcrafted and hand finished. We sell Metal Home Décor items. Color can vary and slight imperfections are normal for metal as the hand finishing process as we feel, adds character and authenticity to those items. We make every effort to describe and show pictures of the item to you.
