Defect or Dammage Policy All issues must be reported within 14 days for arival to be valid for exchanges or returns. If the report comes after the 14 days, the seller has the right of refusal to any and all requests.

If it is a ride on toy, RC toy or home improvement item: Seller has the priveledge of replacing parts as a first option. If the parts will not rectify the situation, the buyer will be instructed to return the item to the seller for seller repair or replacement at sellers determination. The buyer in all cases is responsible for returning the item and all costs related.

If it is any other item that we sell: Seller will accept product returns for exchanges as a first option. As is consistant with eBay policy, the buyer will return the item to the seller and they are responsible for shipping costs. The seller will promptly repair or replace the item at sellers determination.

All items: It is the responsibility of the buyer to report all issues with an item within 14 days. Failure to do so will result in default of the return policy meaning that the item is no longer valid for return for any reason. All issues with an item that a buyer wishes to be rectified must be reported at the time of communication within the 14 days. If an item is returned and found to have damages that were not reported that appear to be intentional or due to poor packaging of the return, the seller has the right to deduct the cost of repair related to those damages from the return if a refund is requested.
