In order to improve our service, we've been reviewing the negative feedback left for other vendors. Almost all of them relate to problems of communication and dissatisfaction with the products or services that their customers received. Most of the remaining negative feedback was related to not receiving their products at all. Considering the public nature (via feedback) of Ebay transactions, we were surprised at some of the comments.
We would like you to know that we follow the below guidelines in all of our transactions.
1: Encourage our customers to review our feedback profile prior to purchasing. (This is a really good idea anyway.)
2: Answer all emails within 10 hours of receipt. We actually average 3 hours or so, but have to consider foreign email that often arrives in the middle of the night.
3: Ship really quickly. We normally ship your products the day after your payment arrives, once in a while on the same day if we receive payment early in the morning. Foreign orders may take an extra day as they have to be taken to a Post Office. Friday, Saturday & Sunday orders ship the following Monday.
4: We can't guarantee that you will like our products, but we can guarantee a really prompt refund if you choose to return them. We would like to hear from you prior to returning an item; sometimes we make errors, and would like a chance to correct them. See #5.
5: We make errors (Wrong item, wrong size, etc.) now and then. Please let us know and we will correct our errors immediately by sending the correct item, picking up the incorrect item, or refunding all of your money, whichever is most appropriate, and whichever you would prefer. Since reshipping and paying for return shipping is pretty expensive, we try really hard not to mess up very often.
6: If you do not receive an item within a reasonable time (10 days in the USA), we will reship that item at no cost to you. We use the USPS and UPS tracking services to confirm delivery of your item.
7: If we've missed anything that you think is important, please let us know. We would like to give you the best buying experience you have ever had, not just on Ebay, but anywhere.
