How Will My Order Ship? 

All items typically ship via UPS Ground service within 2 -3 business days after we have received clear payment. Once an item is shipped, we will email you the tracking number for UPS to the email that is registered with your eBay account. You may use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment. The tracking number will tell you the day on which the item will be delivered. Because we ship via UPS, we cannot schedule an exact time as to when the item will arrive. Typically UPS drops off all shipments by 7pm Monday - Friday. Please contact us with your postal code for shipping quotes to international destinations. We do not offer free shipping to anywhere outside of the contiguous United States.

How Do I Pay?

Currently we accept PayPal as the preferred method of payment. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & Amex if you do not have a PayPal account. Please message us with your eBay User ID and item # on eBay to pay by Credit Card.

What if I Need to Return an Item?

We know it is sometimes difficult to purchase items online. When you purchase an item from us, you have 14 days from the time you receive to decide if the item is well suited for your home. If you are unhappy with the item simply send us a message and we will respond promptly with complete return instructions. Once the item has been returned to our facility, we will issue a refund for 100% of your purchase price. We do not charge any restocking fees, however the return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer for all items that are not damaged in transit. Please allow 2 - 4 days for your credit to post.

Due to the nature of area rugs, the exact size as described in the title may be 1 - 3 inches smaller or larger than the exact size.
