I have recently purchased a large collection of advertising trade cards from the late 1800s. I'll be listing them over the next few weeks so bookmark my auctions. ****** This is a nice trade card from the late 1800s advertising the Anchor Line Steamship running from New York to Liverpool with stops in Glasgow and Indian Ocean service to Bombay & Calcutta. I went through my 60 past trade card auction catalogs and couldn't find another example ever offered by Victorian Images or by Kit Barry. Measures 4 1/4" x 6 3/4" Beautiful lithography and very good condition with trimmed edges. All text is present on the front and on the reverse. You may never see this card again in any condition. Be sure to check out the photos for condition details.
I only sell original authentic items, no reproductions of any kind! No refunds allowed as condition can plainly be seen in the enlarged photos. Wait until all auctions are completed and I will send an invoice with combined shipping charges. I will sell to international bidders but cannot insure items shipped outside of the US. Any damage or loss to items shipped outside of the US is at the buyer's risk. International buyers must agree to pay any customs fees that may be required. NY State residents must pay state and local sales tax of 8%. |
