TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:

• Seller is NOT responsible for shipping damage if insurance is not purchased;

• Buyer has 5 days from date of order to make payment via an acceptable payment method. After 5 days inventory will be released to stock;

• Shipping damage is to be reported within 3 days of receipt of product, photographs taken and shipping box or wrapping to be retained;

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL; DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE HOBBY WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

• Buyer to inspect product prior to operating. Buyer should test electronics prior to fueling. Once product has been fueled with nitro fuel and run, then there is no exchange or refund. If an electric vehicle, buyer to report any issues with radio, receiver or speed controller within 7 days of receipt. After electric vehicle has been run there is no exchange or refund.

• Seller reserves the right to replace defective parts rather than exchange the Product. Seller reserves the right to have the defective part(s) returned prior to replacement part(s) being shipped;

• Redcat Racing warranty is in effect (see Redcat Racing Warranty statement in Listing);

• Cancellations prior to shipment are subject to a 20% cancellation charge;

• Report any defects within 5 days upon receipt of the product;

• If product should be returned, Buyer has up to 5 days from date of to return once a Return Material Authorization (RMA) is issued.  Product must be returned in its original and unused condition. RMA instructions will be issued if return is authorized;

• Buyer agrees to pay all return shipping and handling fees in the event of an exchange;

• Seller is not responsible for any damages from wear and tear or crashes with Buyer usage. Buyer owns product once product has been used as Seller is NOT responsible for mis-use or mis-handling of product.

• ONLY NITRO FUEL IS TO BE USED IF THIS PRODUCT IS A NITRO. NITRO FUEL DOES NOT APPLY IF AN ELECTRIC RC VEHICLE.

• PURCHASE OF THIS ITEM IS BUYER'S TOTAL ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS LISTED HEREIN.
