UPS standard shipping is valid only to the orders first "ship-to" address anywhere in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Following authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately 7 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).


2nd Day


Orders placed with 2nd Day shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 1:00 PM ET / 10:00 AM PT will arrive within 2 business days, pending authorization and verification.


Orders placed with 2nd Day shipping Monday through Friday after 1:00 PM ET / 10:00 AM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days. 2nd Day Shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days.

Orders placed with Express shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 1:00 PM ET / 10:00 AM PT will arrive within 1 business day, pending authorization and verification.

Following are the instructions for convenient returns of products purchased on Tommy Hilfiger eBay Store. The first return for each order number will have no cost. Subsequent returns for an individual order may incur shipping and handling charges of $5.95.


Returns must be made within 30 days of your shipment confirmation email.
You can return your unworn item with labels still attached, within 30 days of shipment by sending it back to us using the return form and pre-paid address label on the invoice/receipt that we included in your shipment. Returns are free if you:
1.	Send your returns using the pre-paid address label found on your packing slip

2.	Please fill out the "reason code" on the back of your packing slip explaining the dissatisfaction with your returned merchandise. A charge of $5.95 may apply if you fail to fill out the return "reason code" on the back of your packing slip.

Once we receive your return, we'll credit the card you used to make the purchase. We will process your credit as soon as we receive your item (usually it takes about 10 business days), your credit card will show the credit in one to two billing cycles.
