• New means that the items are sealed in the original manufacturer's packaging and will include all parts/accessories that the manufacturer has included in the box. These items will look just the way you'd see them in a retail store.
• New, Box Damage means that items are new inside the original manufacturer's packaging; however, the box itself is a bit tattered and worn. These boxes are opened to verify that the item inside is still fully intact suggesting full functionality of a brand new product. The boxes are then resealed for shipment. All parts/accessories provided by the manufacturer will be included.
• Looks New means the items are taken out of the box and tested to ensure functionality and should work like new. Unlike refurbished items, open box items are not repaired in any way. In most cases, these items are shipped in the original manufacturer's packaging, but the box was opened previously so it may be slightly worn in appearance and will be re-taped. There may be evidence of minor use such as a small scuff mark/scratch outside the viewing area. Since a portion of our open box items were customer returns, it is possible that some accessories may be missing from the box.
• Refurbished means the Items have been inspected cosmetically, thoroughly tested and restored* to fully functioning units with original factory settings. These items are shipped in the original packaging when possible, but we may repackage items when the original box is not suitable for shipment. There may be evidence of minor use such as a small scuff mark/scratch outside the viewing area. Refurbished items are very similar to "new" items - just with a better price!

*All products labeled "Refurbished" have undergone extensive testing and cleaning. The majority of these items are determined "No Fault Found" after initial testing meaning that the unit is in perfect working order and no repair/refurbishment is needed

• We accept only PayPal (Confirmed Addresses Only) and Visa, MC, Discover(US Issued Only).
• Confirmed Address or Bill to address must be used at time payment
• All items must ship to the billing address of the credit card or PayPal Confirmed address used for purchase.
• Sales tax charged in GA, IN, NV, OH, PA and TN. In accordance with the California recycling policies, a recycling fee is included for any product which includes an LCD or CRT.
• Payment is due within 5 days of auction ending.

• Winning bidder pays for shipping and handling charges.
• We ship all orders within 3 business days after your payment clears.
• All orders ship via UPS ground unless otherwise stated in the listing.
• We only ship to locations within the contiguous United States (48 mainland states)
• We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• We DO NOT combine shipments for multiple purchases.

• Contact us to schedule a pick up date and time and supply us with the name of the person picking up the item.
• Pick Up date MUST BE 48 hours after payment clear date.
• The Pick up Date must be scheduled within 3 days of the payment cleared date. If we do not hear from you within the three days we will cancel the order and refund your payment, minus the handling fee.
• Any order paid for on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday WILL NOT be ready for pick up until the following Tuesday.
• Pick-up will be available by appointment only Mon-Fri from 9:00am to 3:30pm. The warehouse is closed on weekends and holidays.
• Before the merchandise is released we will ask for photo identification and copies of the nobetterdeal Payment Thank You and pick up confirmation emails.

• Shipping fees must be paid within 3 days of the order payment cleared date. If we do not hear from you within the three days we will cancel the order and refund your payment, minus the handling fee.
• Once the shipping fee is paid, the pick up date will be scheduled 24 - 48 hours after the payment clear date.
• Carrier Pick-up will be scheduled Mon-Fri from 9:00am to 3:30pm. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and holidays.

• If an item does not function properly or is different from the description, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will make arrangements to exchange the product. If an item in not available, we will refund your total payment.
• Exchanges or refunds will not be processed until the original item is returned to the warehouse and inspected.
• Exchanges or refunds will not be granted for items with minor scuffs and/or scratches outside the viewing area.
• Once the 48 hour window has passed, we will not extend exchange privileges or refunds.

• Our customer service team is available Monday - Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm EST.
• We send an e-mail to the winning bidder within a hour after the end of the auction.
• After your payment clears, we e-mail you an order confirmation and invoice.
• We e-mail an order shipment confirmation and link to the UPS tracking system.
